The Case For Impeachment in 14 Different Articles

I don't know if there has been a time since the Nixon administration when both a president and vice president could legitimately be impeached on a total of 14 different articles. The Bush administration has tried scaring people from pushing for impeachment, leaking - and this is just my theory here - backhanded threats such as "if you get rid of Bush, we'll be stuck with Cheney." If they can come up with a better reason to not impeach Bush, I haven't heard it. That's very sad.

That treacherous defense against impeachment can be countered with the fact that Cheney is just as guilty as Bush on almost all counts, and more guilty on some. There's no reason why they both couldn't be impeached, as they both deserve it.

Some of the most flagrant violations of US and international law are the PlameGate affair, where Cheney leaked secret information to retaliate against a political opponent, and Contempt of Congress with regards to the Iraq war. Not even the president is allowed to lie to Congress.
