Facing stiff competition from Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, among others, 2004 presidential hopeful John Kerry has decided not to run again in '08. I think this is a great decision for Kerry, who had virtually no chance of getting the bid, and for Democrats, who have one less person trying to knock them down during the primaries. Clean primaries are a great way to launch a candidate into the White House, as seen with Bill Clinton in 1992.
