Time Poll Has Hillary Well Ahead of Obama

Despite all the buzz and competing polls that show quite the contrary, Time has conducted a poll of potential voters and found that Hillary Clinton will win the Democratic nomination by a margin of almost 2 to 1. John McCain and Rudy Guiliani are in a much closer fight for the Republican nomination, with McCain getting the edge. McCain and Clinton are a virtual dead-heat in the actual presidential election.

Some of the other numbers from the poll show that both Obama and Guiliani have a good chance of making up ground because they have very high net favorability numbers. I still can't understand why only 14% of those polled have a negative view of Rudy Guiliani. Are they still hanging medals on him for 9/11? What exactly did he do there that no one else would have done? Does anyone really think a different mayor would have turned the city over to their terrorist overlords? He basically said "this is tragic, let's rebuild stronger and move on." I guess everyone forgot that he cheated on his wife and was in charge during a time of incredible corruption during the early rebuilding phase. Heck, NYC even hired the mob to carry away the debris. Oh well, 9/11, 9/11!
