At about this time last year, box office receipts were way down, and the MPAA was on the warpath, looking for the young kids who were pirating their movies and bringing down sales. This year, the box office is hot, up 6% over last year. It makes me wonder how all those pirates are causing this reversal in movie ticket sales.
