Republican Shill Spreads Supreme Court Justice Clinton Rumor

Douglas Kmiec, a Pepperdine Law School professor and former Ronald Reagan and George Bush staff member, has been spreading a rumor throughout the mainstream media that if Hillary Clinton is elected president she will appoint her husband to any open Supreme Court position. Kmiec's boss is the Dean of Pepperdine Law School, a pudgy man who goes by the name Kenneth Starr. Yes, the same Ken Starr who tirelessly worked for years to bring down the Clinton presidency.

There are several things wrong with this Supreme Court Justice Clinton theory. First of all, Clinton would have to be confirmed by Congress. You can be sure that the GOP would launch a massive campaign attacking him. Let's not forget that Clinton was disbarred by the Supreme Court following the Starr investigation.

This story is nothing more than fear-mongering by a lifelong Republican hack. The GOP has already stacked the Supreme Court in its favor, which might just help them steal another election like they did in 2000.
