| Some of these hosts come with a free domain name when you buy the one or two year package (which is what I suggest, because you're going to want your website for more than a month, and the cost is so much lower per month). If you choose a host that does not offer a free domain (such as Lunarpages, which I use) then you will need to register for a domain with a domain registrar. Some website hosts are also registrars, so you can just pay a little extra (under $15 per year) to register your domain when you sign up. You can also look around for better deals with one of the many other domain registrars listed here. |
